About Saisha Delevoe
The SAISHA DELEVOE Story
Saisha Delevoe is a native of South Florida and the first in her family to graduate from college with a bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
MY EDUCATION
She obtained her BS in Finance from the College of Business at FSU in 2012 and went on to start her passion project as a non-profit owner, serving the youth who needed her most. She is now the CEO of S&Co. Consulting Services, where she spends the majority of her time developing young adults into visionaries through project and program planning services. Her focus on helping underserved and underrepresented populations has allowed her to excel in her roles, connect with students on a deeper level, and work to change the narrative of higher education for underserved populations.
MY COACHING AREAS
Saisha is a coach who specializes in organizational leadership development. She is a hard-working, optimistic, and caring individual who prides herself on her work ethic and ability to adjust in any situation. She is a quick thinker and a strong and effective leader, using her skill set to create growth in the companies she works with. She believes that "Excuses are tools of incompetence" and never dwells on the should've, could've, would've. Instead, she focuses on the plan and works her way efficiently around obstacles that bring deviation. She assures anyone that she puts out what she puts in and that's never less than 100%.
As a people person, Saisha loves using her interpersonal skills to help. As a mentor, she sees the importance of having a friend and someone who cares in their time of need. The balance of work and life that she has gained from her previous experiences has molded and shaped her into the phenomenal business-savvy woman she is today.
