Khris Hamlin's illustrious career has been defined by his leadership and expertise in asset protection, inventory control, and logistics operations within the high-end fashion retail industry. With a remarkable track record, Khris served as the Senior Vice President for Asset Protecton, Inventory Control, and DC/Logistic Operations at Saks OFF 5TH, a renowned destination for luxury off-price fashion, boasting approximately 102 stores across the United States and Canada.

During his tenure at Saks OFF 5TH, Khris was entrusted with a wide-ranging portfolio, overseeing corporate and store-level asset protection strategies, risk assessments, inventory control, and more. His role encompassed strategic hiring, training, and development of asset protection teams, risk mitigation, and the seamless operation of distribution centers and logistics. Khris's leadership extended to fostering total team engagement and contributing as a key member of the executive leadership team, known as the executive committee. His impact was pivotal in driving the strategic planning process for risk management, aligning objectives that provided operational leverage and set industry-leading key performance indicators.

Before joining Saks OFF 5TH, Khris held the position of Regional Asset Protection Manager at Nordstrom, Inc., a prominent designer retail department store. In this role, he spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at reducing losses due to theft and shrinkage. His remarkable career journey also featured notable roles, including serving as a Top 25 Store Manager for Belk, Inc., and an impressive 20-year tenure with Macy's, Inc. Within Macy's, Khris undertook diverse leadership roles, such as Growth Store Manager of a $90.0 million location, Regional Vice President for Operations and Asset Protection, Regional Director of Special Investigations, District Director of Asset Protection, and various other district leadership positions.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Khris Hamlin is a dedicated member of the International Association of Black Security Executives, where he assumes the role of "Director of Early Career Professionals" on the board of directors. Committed to giving back, he actively participates in numerous philanthropic events and serves as a mentor to aspiring young minority leaders, providing invaluable guidance and support.
